#319 (unspooling)

the day is unspooling

the weight of insomnia

a leaden blanket

on my shoulders

the cool I wished for

was granted by grey clouds

herding headache

my fingers full of stone

my back kissing the wall

yet you seize the day

and cut along the seams

of purple and blue bliss

tailoring moments

for me to marvel at
