#383 (temptation)

fractured iris, golden green

bright eyes, scruffy face

soft spoken you keep tugging

oh so gently at my inhibition

peeling it away, layer by layer

grenadine drizzling through

crushed ice, your gaze ensnaring

me and I cannot stop biting my

lips until I draw fresh blood, just

a few droplets, running down

my throat, like scarlet silk.

Walking away from your dark

curls, my head so tight with

swirling thoughts, the early

night cooling off my scorched

senses.
