#427 (misplaced galleon)

The sound of sirens

standing on a bank

in the middle of the parting

sea of cars. Screeching brakes, as

you won’t budge for the

ambulance, breaking the waves

of traffic, like a misplaced

galleon. Vigorously pushing

your horn, like there was no

tomorrow while we are sailing away

on green lights and

light feet.
